At Magix Trading, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use MagixBot Binance.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

Name and email address: To create your account, verify your email and send login / password-reset OTPs and service notices
Phone number: For support and account contact
Password: Stored only as a one-way hash

1.2 Trading Service Data

Binance API keys: Provided by you so the bots can trade on your own account. They are stored encrypted (AES-256) and used only to place and manage the orders you configure
Bot settings and activity: Your bot configurations, running-bot records and logs (symbols, sides, order and position events)

1.3 Technical Data

IP address and browser type: For security, rate-limiting and fraud prevention
Session cookie: To keep you logged in

1.4 Payment Information

We do NOT store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We only store the order ID, plan, amount and payment status.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the Service and activate your plan after payment
To run the bots you configure on your Binance account
To provide customer support
To send verification codes, receipts and important service notices
To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the Service secure
To comply with legal obligations

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Contract Performance: To deliver the Service you purchased
Legitimate Interests: To protect the Service and prevent fraud
Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws
Consent: Where you have given explicit consent

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:

Binance: Your API keys are used to send orders to Binance on your behalf
Payment processor: Cashfree Payments (to process your payment)
Email delivery: Our email provider (to deliver OTPs and notices)
Google reCAPTCHA: Used on our contact form to prevent spam
Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Security

HTTPS (SSL) encryption for data in transit
Passwords stored as one-way hashes
Binance API keys encrypted at rest (AES-256)
Rate-limiting and CSRF protection on account forms
Limited access to personal data

🔐 We recommend creating your Binance API keys with withdrawals disabled and restricting them to our server IP. We can never withdraw your funds.

6. Data Retention

Account information: until you ask us to delete your account
Payment records: up to 7 years (tax and accounting compliance)
Support communications: up to 3 years

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@magixtradingindia.com. Removing a Binance account from your dashboard permanently erases its stored API keys.

8. Cookies

We use an essential session cookie to keep you logged in and protect forms. Our contact and sign-up forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which may set its own cookies. Our pages also load fonts and icons from Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare), and the landing page shows public price data fetched from Binance; those providers receive your IP address and browser details when you visit. Most pages also show a help chat widget that runs on our own server: the questions you type are answered automatically from our help content and are stored for up to 90 days (without your e-mail address) so we can improve the answers; if you press "Talk to a person", the message, name and e-mail you enter are saved as a support ticket. No third-party chat or AI service receives your messages. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but the Service will not work without the session cookie.

9. International Data Transfers

Our providers (such as Binance, Cashfree, Google reCAPTCHA and our email provider) may process data in other countries. We only share the minimum data required for each purpose.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
