How do I activate my plan?
Your plan activates automatically once the payment is confirmed. Open your Dashboard to see the plan and expiry date, then use the Bot Dashboard to start your bots. If it is not active within 30 minutes, contact us with your Order ID.
Can I connect more than one Binance account?
Yes. Starter supports 2 accounts, Pro 5 and Elite 20. Each bot runs on the account you choose when starting it.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase, and refund duplicate or failed-activation payments. See the Refund Policy page or email support@magixtradingindia.com.
Is there a free trial available?
We currently don't offer a free trial for MagixBot Binance. Choose from our Starter, Pro, or Elite plans to get started.
How do I connect my Binance account?
Follow the step-by-step guide at guide.php: create an API key with Futures enabled and withdrawals OFF, whitelist our server IP, switch your Binance Futures account to Hedge Mode, then add the key in the Bot Dashboard.
Are my API keys and funds safe?
Your Binance API keys are stored encrypted (AES-256). Create them with withdrawals disabled and restrict them to our server IP, so we can trade but can never withdraw your funds. Trading still involves risk — see our Terms.
